I remember a message, maybe written by @rdaneel when it has been for the broken rekogs, saying that the "It's broke" script would most likely submit empty data. I don't know if it's true or not, but since then I stopped using it..

 

I worked with a guy who got wasted and showed up at my place one night, who then went into detail about how much he hated his parents and how he'd thought about how he'd kill them, and gave me the plan in serious detail. I know the smallish town where his parents live, and like 20 years later, I still pay attention to see if they are ever in the news, because I can't believe crazy dude didn't do it after all this time.

either way what i would do is submit and also contact the requester with the code. i can't see a world where that wouldn't work.
