    I only run the panda for the 1.12 ones and sometimes catch them. Too many people after them so unless they post lots you have to be lucky to get any.

    Drops are typically around 1pm EST and 6pm EST on the weekdays, but that isn't set in stone, just a good time to have your 1.12 panda on. I usually just have it on all the time and try to get more off HF.
