I actually feel pretty decent this morning. Still sleeping like a bear and snotting all over myself, but left the house with Matt yesterday and that was nice.

Yeah, I lived that scenario, it does not end well.

Pneumonia is no joke.

I had a house key when I was 6 because nobody was ever home, and a dad who didn't believe me when I would literally pass out and vomit on a near daily basis. I would go to school with huge fevers, because I had no where else to be, this was not great for my health. It did not end well.

The whole situation makes me deeply sad on a very relatable level. You can't send someone to school with fricken pnemonia no matter what, that's just not healthy for that kiddo. It's a whole lot of sad whatever the reasoning is.

 

But on a bright note, I FINALLY got ahold of someone about cutting my gas line so I can get my fireplace out of here. They said it'd just be a service call because it's really easy, so $85 and he also said because we've had them out before to fix our water heater that if it's easy enough to do in less than 45 minutes he will knock it back to $65
