I have like 6 growlers, but unless I'm going to a brewery or some taphouse, I never thing about bringing them with me. For some reason my brain won't except that Whole Foods has a lot of local and Texas beers on tap, so I should put a couple in the truck.

I think Cali has Ballast Point everywhere. I can't find any of the Pineapple Sculpin on draft here *hint hint*.

 

You get completely naked, no towels, and they massage you basically everywhere. I go into conniptions if someone points at me in a manner suggesting they might tickle me so it sounds absolutely horrible to me.

No, Erica doesn't have a "sorta clean" pile. I have a sorta clean pile (tucked away on a shelf, not in a pile). Erica basically leaves her clothes wherever she happened to disrobe at.

It's cool, at 4 years in we have a system. She knows if I start referring to any of the piles by name that I'm reaching critical levels of hysteria about the piles and she removes them then. ("Oh hey bob. You been working out? You're looking heftier these days. I'm just gonna move you over here next to Martha, so you can be chums together") (We are not crazy I promise....maybe)

A) Chromecast sucks ass every time I've used it
B) People whose opinion I value like the newer fire sticks and say it works well with their alexa and such, so I'll see for myself and if I hate it for some reason, I can return it and get a roku one instead

I just want Matt to be able to stream hulu/netflix/amazon without me and my blu ray is kicking the big one finally because it is 8 years old. It has held up super well considering I've had it since college when hulu was still free lol.

If it's worth anything, I definitely prefer Roku. Then again, it's build into my TV rather than being a separate device, which is super convenient.

 

That is almost always because of wifi issues. You can get a usb --> ethernet adapter to solve that or I believe the new ones have a better wifi antenna but I just use a roku with ethernet these days and it is nice.

We can have different preferences dude. You don';t have to always be right. Different folks, different strokes.

 

Same for me and my husband. Our finances are pooled so obligatory gifts and stuff like Valentine's day make no sense to me. The only time I've celebrated Valentine's day is in elementary school with those disney character cards and shitty chalk-tasting hearts.

 

Yeah my TV has a 4k roku built into it. My only gripe is that roku doesn't support 4k h.264 but I don't think that most people would notice that.

Firesticks are objectively bad. I have used all of them.

Rokus are better than both of them though.
