    Teaching kids to be afraid of authority/do whatever the authority says is also a really, really great way to make them think they have to react that way to anyone in authority, which is bad.

    Alright sorry to drop such a topic on everyone and then bail lol, they were chatting right before we all left work, which is what brought it up.
    I kept my mouth shut and didn't mention anything I was thinking since they were all in agreement with his stalking parenting.

    Glad to see I wasn't completely off in my assessment lol

    My parents were a little too chill for my tastes (young me appreciates it), but whatever boss guy is doing is way too much imo as well. Hope his kid doesn't go too crazy in college haha.
