Are you using scripts like mturksuite's hit finder to find hits and panda crazy to catch hits?

Also if you are below 1k approved hits it may be a bit slow

There have been plenty of good surveys around today and even some good batches.

What I would do is if you see good work I would add it to the include list in hit finder or forker w/e you use so that you can be alerted when it goes up again.

I've tried that but I keep getting hit with surveys that I can't do again. Is there a list of REQS that I should for sure put down in the "Include" or "Hit Catcher"?

 

In the configuration for hit forker you can check the box for "qualified" to only show hits you are qualified for if you like

For what it is worth I don't have that box checked.

Some requesters like surveycomet put out lots of surveys while others only do once. Requesters that put batches out most likely will put more out.

 

Once you pass 5,000 HITs you should flip it back & start focusing solely on block lists. Its a perfectly valid strategy while you're still a newbie (especially under 1k) & naturally unqualified for a ton of work that can be difficult to parse through but once you get past 5k or so you have enough padding to start diving into a wider pool of work & much of it will require qual tests and/or identifying who to sweet talk. Filtering unqualled work will hide a lot of things you actually want to see later on down the line when you're ready to get into it.

 

^ Just my opinion on the matter btw, not gospel or anything. Shit if you hit a happy goal & just wanna coast no reason to go wild & crazy.
