Just got back from breakfast & don't want to check if someone already solved this for you, but MOST LIKELY you're going to have to do this, which is very bad to do & is not what they say to do in the directions, but the way they want it done in the directions (manually whitelisting individual sites) is 100% impossible to do on a useful basis so:


This will match EVERY CONNECTION YOUR PHONE SENDS OUT. EVERY PIECE OF DATA WILL BE FILTERED THROUGH CHARLES UNENCRYPTED (PLAIN TEXT). DISABLE THE PROXY ON YOUR WIFI ANYTIME YOU ARE NOT WORKING ON THE HIT & DO NOTHING WITH YOUR PHONE OTHER THAN WORK THE HIT WHILE USING THE PROXY.

But there is zero way you can white list individual sites as you visit them because all of the dozens of pieces of background data will invariably filter through different places. Trying to manually do them one by one as they come up is stupid because you then have to go back & repeat the action again for it to catch the data properly.
