Thanks. I always right click so as not to leave the screen when I'm in a hit so it never does the drop down to show me the contact requester and I do it infrequently enough that I just dont' remember from time to time.

Timer for each step is absurdly long. There's a 60 second timer to send a one word message, followed by 90 seconds to read a message (usually one word) from 2 partners, then 60 seconds to wait for everyone to click next.

If everyone runs smoothly you're looking at 50ish minutes for a hit that should be done in 15 minutes tops.

In my message I mentioned that we were already several minutes over the estimate time when it locked up, considering it shouldn't have been wrong, since each move is timed by them, so it should have been perfectly accurate, not the 15-20 minutes it said in the beginning. Jerks.
