I think this playlist is fitting for me today considering I spent all the money I had buying our tickets for Warped Tour.

I may be broke, but at least I get to go wade through hoards of people that are hot and sweaty and stinky and get burnt to a crisp to watch some bands from farish away while I get annoyed by mosh pits and crowd surfers

I went to Warped Tour at The Gorge in 2010 or 2011 and so many people passed out from the heat. There was a "cooldown" tent that was hotter than it was outside because there were so many people crammed inside of it and the AC just couldn't keep up.

 

Don't forget one of the least eventful trade deadlines in recent history.

It's goddamn brutal. I've been 3 years, 2015/2016/2017. 2017 is the only year I didn't leave hella early from making myself sick. Gotta stay fully on top of keeping yourself hydrated/as cool as possible. They don't have a cool down tent at mine usually but they do have shade tents and trees and stuff. And a slip and slide.

It's at the beginning of July here this year when it's usually at the end, so it'll be interesting to see how the weather is different.

 

Just add drunk metalheads and you've got Ozzfest.
