Like today, I only got one c-sat and it was one of the new 83 cent ones that require like 4 paragraphs of notes which is kind of garbage considering it's probably less than $6/hr when you finish making all the notes.

The Did You Observe any near misses question no longer says optional.

 

TY I will switch over to that. hopefully that will help me too.

 

Plus, when you factor in the time required to study a procedure and learn enough to at least make cogent remarks you're probably looking at 25-30 minutes per procedure, it's just kind of awful.

No way. I've been pouring over anatomy books any time I get a hit with any feedback field this entire time.

 

Like, I've read over all the c-sats help and hit descriptions and nowhere did I see it say red asterisk denotes required field, or that non asterisked fields are optional.

 

there was a comment part of a survey which says optional but did not let me go forward without writing anything on it.

And, that became the longest essay I have written in my life.

I'm seriously just floored. I can't believe the number of hours wasted. If I weren't at work and if I had the ability to express an interior emotional state I would scream.
