OK. Bad assumption on my part.Well here's what they HIT says if anyone else is curious:

I agree. Those charts are from the 1980's (notice I don't say 1950's because back then they loved curves). I am a SUPER curvy 184 pounds. I love to lose more weight (I did actually lose 10!) but I don't want to lose too much because I like my curves.

This is a prime example of why I despise the tendency to slap a no-exceptions label or rule on everything. Just because I'm _____, doesn't mean I can't (or can) _____. Case by case, man. If the job gets done, that's all that matters.

 

I unfortunately am not the gate keeper on our March Madness project. Our data scientists are giving me lists of worker IDs I can issue quals to, and that's what I have to go with.

 

The most interesting thing about that is I'm fairly certain they only ended up doing one swarm. They were supposed to do a second one in the evening, but it never materialized.

 

BMI doesn't account for muscle, and muscle tends to weigh more than fat. So if you're muscular, the traditional BMI calculation doesn't mean much to you.
