Some of them do end up being around 3-3.5 minutes, or at least shorter than 5 min, because if the action does happen, and it doesn't happen for the entire clip, you can figure that out before the clip is over in some cases. Like if the question is for say, peeling carrots, and they don't start peeling until after 4 seconds in, you know immediately that the action occurs, and doesn't occur for the entire clip, so you don't need to watch the whole clip.
