I found the one in my queue that was messing with me

 

You can't return those without getting locked out. Only the message telling you to return the HIT prevents that. Go through your queue, find the one that allows you to work on it and it should allow you to continue with the rest. Also, did you happen to do anything else, like the new Serg and return it? That would also cause the error and you just need to wait a few minutes.

 

Thanks, after I posted I saw that a link to the zoltar page popped up and read through it. I found the one that was messing up my queue and I'm good now.

As far as I can figure out you can't anymore. If the HIT is up & you're blocked it'll show as qualified but give you the unqual'd message when you try to get it. If a HIT isn't up it'll just say none available.
