Did you return a Brian Z or something else? You aren't in jail per HIT, just til the entire time expires on the final one. But you can also return them from your queue without opening them and should be okay. But the 10 hour lockout is only for a Brian Z, if you returned something else, you'll be able to start working on a Brian Z again in just a bit.
