No, I don't think so. You can get something suitable for the occasional HITs for like 20 bucks

Do emulators work for HITs? Seems like that would be a decent solution.

 

If there was a way for them to tell they would reject your hit.

 

The $20 android phones likely would give you some issues with killing the hourly on the apps and some they wouldn't be compatible with some of the stuff as well. I know that my moto g 2015 was slow enough to make them not worth it for me.
