    There aren't clear dividing lines. I do think there is some credence to looking at the cultural changes that people born at different times have dealt with at various points in their lives. The millennials experienced the rapid expansion of personal technology during their youths. Generation Z grew up with the internet already well established and smartphones already widely accepted by the time they were in their teens. Those are significant things that affect how people interact with the world.
