It's not every day that missing out on $250 worth of closed qual work still turned out to be ok, but yesterday was that day.

First, my PE ended up at $147.

Then my hockey team won our championship, followed up by free beer and wings.

My dad always enters his office hockey pool, puts up the entry fee, but lets me pick the team, and we split the winnings. This year they had 64 people in the pool.



That's us in first place, winning the $1000 grand prize, so PE $500 for me.
