    You can buy tubes and the tube thing that rolls them for you..or just roll them yourself. My hubby quit a few times..but for very short times..he smokes a lot- so he buys the bags of tobacco also- You can get lots of flavors- Best to get the tubes with filters etc- No it's not better for your health, but it is a tonnnn cheaper then buying them by the pack.
