I'm not sure how hits are going in with no answer on lines, if I accidentally miss a line, I cannot submit. But I don't have a fancy script on the page....some may have a script that accidentally makes that possible

Same! and yeah no worries, it's not a big problem at the moment but I thought I'd let y'all know that it may exist with the script that's floating around (or may not, I'm not sure). I sent a notification to the turkers who submitted those HITs though - not trying to be mean or intimidating, just saying that it exists. So if you didn't get such a notification, then you didn't submit anything invalid

 

I'm sure some people have already done it but keybindings tend to help us with these types of batches. You could also put some javascript on the submit button to not allow submissions unless each radio group is checked. That will prevent you from getting blanks.

BTW nice job putting easy to click buttons instead of those nasty radio bubbles we usually have to click.
