Hello everyone, I decided to release a qualification test for the sentence-validation task to speed up the collection speed. Search for "Cornell LIC" for the qual. The actual task pays $0.09/ HIT with 4 simple true and false question in the HIT. The qualification test is also significantly easier than the sentence-writing qual.

They are but they are still scummy imo. For one they drop the video quality on their videos 48 hours after stuff airs. They also only allow the flash player for most of the world and the html5 one is prob still hard to get to.

Their service is lower quality than what I have automated to my computer with torrents and Plex. But yeah it is legal so if that is what you care about they have at least half of the shows.

 

I took it. I hope I pass it (one question threw me off but it could have just been me).

 

Yeah, that seems kind of gross. I was just buying stuff on blu-ray for a while there, but I fell off the anime wagon around 2012. I want to see what I missed at some point, and get into what's new.

 

May I ask which question is it so I can modify the instruction a bit to make it clearer? The pass rate looks surprising low so far(1/22) given that the most of the problems are pretty straightforward.

The last question for me. And I also felt like the first question was a little ambiguous because I wasn't sure what counted as "Playing" one image was clear, the other wasn't.

 

ah ok that sentence is from a Turker. I can modify a bit in the next test so that it's less ambiguous.

 

I am currently taking it, but I have too many T vs F. I have read the instructions about 15 times now, and can't quite figure it out

Well they are the only legal option for most shows. http://because.moe/ like I said will help you see what legal platform has whatever curnchy doesn't ect.

Crunchy is still better than those god awful DVD era subs but they could be so much better.

 

Batman should be able to figure out anything (jk).

 

Oh thank you I forgot to remove that line from the instruction. The T/F ratio is only pertinent to the actual task and it's the ratio across the entire batch instead of a single HIT.

 

I don't know a damn thing about anime but it tickles my soul that .moe is an available domain ending lmao.. wtf

 

Well then lets hope for the best. Almost 15 min trying to figure out how I could find some more F's to give...
