Right, that is referring to the text instead of the logo. I will modify the sentence to make it clearer.

We do have another long set of rule(which I did not place in this qual to not burden everyone with reading it) for sentence writing and we discourage writers from using things other than common world knowledge(which does not include knowledge of logo name/pop culture).

 

Right, but what if it has the logo and text below said logo? Is that a report even if that isn't what the sentence is asking about?

Oooh, Good point, because I thought that was one of the rules, in reference to the Logo. So I made an assumption it broke the rule.

 

Since logo is not common knowledge, If there is a text below logo then saying the name of the logo would still be a reference to the text. For example, if there is a shop in the image "pizza xxx" but there is no other way you can tell that this is a pizza shop besides the text, then saying "there is a pizza shop" would be a reference to the text unless there's other clue in the image that gives away that information.

 

That rule is hanging me up because it could honestly go either way.
