I had it at my old place with 2 roommates that streamed movies all day. I think it was 16mb down and seemed fine for 30 a month (maybe, don't remember) or so. Had occasional outages though.

I'm living by myself now, and really don't need high speeds. I don't really stream video aside from an occasional youtube video or game much or anything. Turking doesn't take much bandwith

I might go with comcast though, but I'll need to buy a modem because apparently they charge 10 bucks a month to lease one

The best part is this connects to miles and miles of lakes and nature which eventually connects through a series of rivers to the gulf of mexico. So theoretically I can take my kayak from my backyard in northern illinois down to Cuba.
