You can't go wrong with a casual sundress/skirt and comfy shoes or jeans but a nice top. Then you present a very nice picture without being too serious or stuffy. I call it casual cute, pretty without too much commitment! It says, I'm super cute to look at but I totally didn't try so hard you read into it....also my feet don't hurt cause my shoes are stylish yet functional. It's the Bird way of existence, I swear by it. You are not dressing to impress him, you are dressing in a way that makes you feel good about yourself (but yes you also happen to look hella fly) Matt calls it the "sexy kindergarten teacher look...ya know, like the pretty one all the dad's secretly have the hots for!')

Oh, I so relate to that. I was mad about the sound at one of the airport events and found myself fiddling with the sound board because nobody knew what they were doing. I just pivot to airplanes and get him going about that so he forgets how much I dweebed out.
