lol your 13ms ping is not why you have problems catching stuff.

 

Why? Actually I was thinking the download speed- I don't do penny hits often because most of the time it takes over 15-20 seconds just to load a page- so I can do 3 a min., maybe- sometimes less.

 

My ping to mturk is ~350ms
