    Every time we turn the AC on it ends up freezing downstairs. Which is where my room is. Which is why I sleep under 2 blankets at night.

    Be 100% sure that what you are submitting is correct. If you think there's a chance it's not, or you're not sure, return it and find another one to do. Get your feet wet first before you dive in head first.

    what he said. I just got the qual too, but I highly suggest you just browse around inside of the HITS and make yourself comfortable with them before submitting anything. And definitely don't submit anything that you aren't sure of without a shadow of a doubt. I have seen plenty of people here lose the qual.

    Don't Jump!! It is a trick.
    You need to figure out the unit number before you find the parcel number and they don't tell you that you need a unit number

    If it were up to me, the A/C would be off right now. After a lifetime in Atlanta, 86° and 15% humidity feels like laying on the beach in San Diego in mid-January.

    Our AC is turned up so high that it was actually colder in winter. It's not even hot enough out to have the AC on in the first place.
