Hope all is figured out for you! It seems like it's one thing after another with me. As far as the D, make sure your supplements are D3 and not D2. I've had 2 family members be put on 100k iu of D2 per week, and it didn't make a dent. I made them switch to 10k D3 per day, and their levels went up rather smoothly. Also, if you have any gastro issues, it could be malabsorption. When I got off of gluten, I was suddenly not anemic for the first time in 20 years, and lots of other things stabilized if they had anything to do with medication or nutrition. (Not advocating going off of gluten, it was just MY stomach thing.) I have blood sugar issues now. Amusingly (not) when I get glutened, my intestines get inflamed, and I get awesome blood sugar readings. It's like, okay, i can be diabetic, or I can be at risk for cancer, most certainly become anemic again, and deal with other health issues from malabsorption. Great. I'm cranky. Can you tell? Anyway, enjoy the sun.

For $10 it is prob almost always worth taking the risk as long as you have the buffer imho.
