I'm in OH, I didn't do an LLC but I did have a separate TIN because I worked for a shady organization that I didn't want having my social security number. As mentioned above you'd have extra time/paperwork and I believe costs associated with the forming of said LLC. What reason are you looking to have one set up for?

It just doesn't make sense because Amazon isn't doing business with your LLC, they're doing business with you.

You can't make it after the fact and then go "OK look Amazon you're actually working with my LLC not me!" --- it just, doesn't work that way as far as I understand lol.

So you'd have a random LLC that does nothing, and means nothing, potentially named "My MTurk BIDNESS, LLC" but it may as well be named "I burned $200 in a trash can, LLC"
