We are in escrow my dude! Mortgage is already approved but we are a little nervous what the bank value will come back as. Most sane humans would negotiate the price accordingly because a mortgage won't cover an inflated amount, but this dude is a little cray and we are not sure how this will play out. We also have the land line drama, and the fact the neighbor's house might be on the property. So, it's like an 80/20 situation currently.

I enjoy looking at Zillow and seeing the "this house is not for sale," on the property tho. Yay

Also, think it might look a little insane to paint a log cabin purple and orange
