    No need to defrost the patties. Stick them on the grill, medium to medium high, you'll be good. They will still taste good.

    Well, just to get them out of the frozen solid as a rock state. If well done is what you want - just put it in the pan - covered - and cook away.

    BTW, when you buy them made into a patty, you are paying more. Buy the bulk or even the tubes of hamburger.
