    RIP Sandy.
    I had to have her put down yesterday. She was 18 and 4 years ago when they removed a tumor they found a mass in her throat and the vet said she probably wouldn't last until Christmas that year but she did. She also had luxating patellas and there was scar tissue built up and they would no longer go back in like they were supposed to so she had trouble walking. She had signs of dementia and a heart murmur. She had gotten so she had trouble breathing in the heat and she had weakness in her legs so she stumbled and fell over sometimes. She had gotten worse over the last couple of days. More crying than normal even when she was outside which used to make her crying stop. More stumbling and falling over. More difficulty breathing even inside with the air jacked down so much I was cold. The vet said she was having congestive heart failure. They could have tried medication but it just seemed wrong to keep her in pain and suffering any longer so I let her go even through it broke my heart. Goodbye baby girl:emoji_cry:
