My theory is mTurk banned him, so he had no reason to be on the boards anymore and he wanted to go out big.

He tried to scam Visual Genome to the tune of around $1100, Sergey blocked him, and he was known to have several fake mTurk accounts with illegitimate SSNs.

Not the craziest theory in the world.

It's okay. I'm sorry I came across harsh. I considered Jesse a good friend, and I just sort of got set off by that. We're good

 

Things went quickly downhill after Jq. He was around a lot, was friendly, helped everyone, answered all the annoying questions and kept the conversation going when things got quiet. After he died, some left, a lot kinda just fafed to lurking more often than not.

Textbook sociopath and pathological liar who validated externally and so just had a very intense need to be liked. But in the end I think the worst thing he did was lie. A lot, all the time and compulsively. To the point where he lost track of them and felt the stress of trying to keep it all intact. The faked suicide was partly for attention, but also because he was done with his Stanley persona. It could be he moved on to another, or maybe he wants to be a real, genuine person.

Who knows. I doubt he murdered anyone, though christ
