    I had a landlord once that asked me to drop the rent off at his house, when I got there I had to wait a few minutes he was downstairs bowling :emoji_rolling_eyes:.
    Dude's house was the size of 1/2 my block

    later found out he was running some real estate scam when I got a letter from the lawyer of the person who actually owned the house I was renting saying all future rent was to be paid to Mrs ----- at such and such address
