    "I've noticed that you have not completed the task and submitted your Worker ID instead. Unfortunately, I cannot accept this job, as it is incomplete (as stated in the consent form and the information sheet)."

    I couldn't complete it on time and emailed the code after but then I noticed I was rejected almost immediately. Sent a 2nd email explaining the situation further. No reply yet. Hope it gets overturned, because I did complete the survey :/
