You should be able to just look directly at the database in your browser:
For Chrome:
Right click -> Inspect -> Application -> IndexedDB -> QualDB -> Quals -> Author

At the top of the window should be a text input box that says "Start from key". You should be able to type in the Requester name from there. Pretty sure it's case sensitive.

Every qual should be in that database, the Qual Sorter display is what's broken, not it's scraper (I think...), if you look at the top left corner of it you'll get a much larger number of Total Quals than if you scroll to the bottom and see "Showing 1 to # of # entries".

 

I have manually gone to pages on mturk's qual thing and there are still missing quals.
