My HIT expired on the Empirical Jury HIT on Saturday before I could submit my completion code. I emailed the requester to let them know as soon as I realized what happened. I haven't heard back from them yet and I wanted to send a followup email, but I cannot figure out how to contact them now. I found a HIT export from Saturday and used the MTS contact requester function, but when I did, I did not get the normal "your email has been sent" page. Instead, I got an error saying that the address was not found. I tried going through the Turkopticon contact requester link, but it just took me back to the HIT search page on MTurk with no results. Any ideas?

Oh and @Trucker you can always use the contact button on turkerview if you need to send an email to a requester that has a review.

 

I wish you the best, but I had that happen with them a few months back and you are unlikely to hear back. Just be glad you didnt submit the HIT and then message them afterwards with the completion code like I will sometimes do when I run out of time from being a poor multi-tasker. I could see that being a quick rejection regardless if you gave them the correct submission code or not.
