I'm also not a big Pink Floyd fan. Any band that took 8 albums to have a hit back then, probably wasn't the best at anything.

 

I kinda remember Creed being the band that marked the end of Grunge. I can't think of any other good grunge albums coming out after Creed debuted unless you include RHCP, but I don't.

I love both those bands, but if I had to choose it's RATM. My ex-wife's favorite band was RHCP though, so they can't be favorite anymore by law or something.

Ahh. When we were having a discussion about which artists we'd sacrifice to bring talented dead musicians back, I vaguely recall you saying rhcp was sacrificial. So, yeah, that makes sense.

I'd still sacrifice ratm for just about any good dead musician though, sorry.

 

I take it back. STP release No. 4 after Creed debuted. I completely forgot they had one great album after their first breakup. Sarah Michelle Geller just popped in my head and remembered Sour Girl.
