    White chocolate is chocolate. Most people just haven't had the real thing. It has to have a certain percentage of cocoa butter in it. Get some that is really high in cocoa butter and you'll like it.

    The one time being poor was an advantage was the year where everyone got food poisoning on a field trip and I was golden, cause I was the single person in all of third grade who didn't go. Even all the teachers were out for days. It was crazy.

    Have you guys seen those epicurious videos with experts tasting stuff to see which is more expensive? There is a chocolate one. They're all worth watching though.

    A bunch of dark chocolate bars don't have dairy. They are usually very high in cocoa powder and cocoa butter (replacing milk fats).
