I have Gastroparesis, so my digestion is super slow and borderline useless. I've been hurling my guts out and passing out since I was a baby. They thought I has CVS/ that it was caused by my other health issues for like 22 years until I got a referral to see a different GI doc after years of Grinching, and he scoped me. Despite having not eaten for a day, he could tell exactly what I had in my stomach. I then had to eat radioactive food and let them x-ray me every 20 minutes, and it was easy to confirm from there that my useless GI tract just kinda sits around until it decides it should just blow the food back up the hatch cause, "why is this stupid food still here?"

I would talk to your doctor about seeing a good Gastroenterologist, they know their shit way better than just a GP. I eat a specific diet, I take something that helps my gi tract work better, and I'm careful about what I do. Lifestyle changes are usually a huge part of an GI disorder, but it's good to talk to someone whose life is working with gi disorders, cause they will know the direction to point you in.

 

It does seem like an off month for it not being summer
