They had a limit on how much income you could have (it wasn't section 8 either, so we're not sure wtf is up with that) and claimed we would likely get robbed , except that it's in a nicer neighborhood and costs a bit more a month then where we live now. Yay One place would only let us live in the biggest apartments with a rent that was more than we want to pay, but would not let us live in the 1 or 2 bedrooms. To be clear: they would let us rent the 1400/month apartment but not the 950/month because we made too much and that's just wrong they said.

We even tried applying individually to several, only to repeatedly run into problems like this. And none were cat friendly. I still maintain that I have some weird looking doggies. Our landlord saw Bearnie and kinda shrugged as I said, "Isnt he such a cute dog?!"

We even tried talking to them, cause like...I drive an 18 year old jeep and I don't think anyone is gonna see Mister Jeep and go, "Oh yes! THEY MUST HAVE EXPENSIVE SHIT INSIDE!" YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD WANT CONSISTENRT MONEY OR SOMETHING?!
