It's not an HOA, but there is a neighborhood board of Grinches. They meet like twice a year, we're supposed to go apparently. This neighborhood is decent enough, it's just not what you'd think of as a fancy rules, we care about your old jeep type of neighborhood. (maybe 30 years ago tho lol) The town is super run down with a dwindling population tho, so it's just very comical. Matt's coworkers bought a house in town for 60k and they will lose money on t he house by the time they sell (not a big deal for them tho and they've lived there for like 5 years, so with the price of rent it isn't much of a loss). You'd think the price of rent would be dirt cheap....but no. I mean, if we wanted to live in the part of town where literally everyone gets their house robbed we could have paid half as much!...no thank you
