Huh, I didn't know that...I've heard it has some kind of beneficial effect for ADD people, but I'd never heard that one before

 

Yup to the ADD thing, it helps Matt concentrate unless you give him caffeine in the evening in which case he becomes the most annoying human ever to grace the planet.
