10/02 - TurkerView - Return That HIT! Warning/Review API

What sites and/or extensions is everyone using to find good Hits? For years I was using Hit Scraper, which of course has gone away. Now I'm using MTurkSuite Hit Finder but it seems I can no longer snag anything in time. Stuff shows up and by the time I click it, there are none available. Is there something better? Are there less Hits posted than there were in years' past?

It didn't appear to be a batch. It's the $2 record a word HIT that others have posted. It did show up for me in Chrome (but not FF), but TV claimed I wasn't logged in even though I was. Strange behavior. First in Chrome that HIT showed up, then with a refresh, 4 different HITs showed up, then with another refresh, only that one HIT again. But I couldn't review from Chrome. Only 6 are showing up in Firefox and I think only 2 of the 10 HITs are batch HITs.

I use a version of HIT Scraper. However, I am not doing any better than you. I used to make about $170 per week paying the same amount of attention to grab HITs that I do now. This average lasted over two years. Now I am down to about $70 per week. I don't know if there are fewer HITs in my wheelhouse or more workers. However, I would love to find another alternative to get my earnings up and my playing of Solitaire while waiting reduced.

 

Since I can't review this HIT myself on TV for some strange reason, I'll post this here. With only a 7-minute timer, I had to frantically search for a free online converter to make my WMA into a WAV and get it all uploaded before it expired.

 

I've noticed that sometimes the Hits that are posted here never even show up in Hit Finder. That's what concerns me- that I have something set up wrong.

 

Thought I made it through one too. Spent like 8 minutes and got all the way to the end with the feedback form and asking me to enter my turk id then the next screen told me I'm not qualified and to return it I just got pirc'd harder than ever before lol I don't know why I haven't blocked him

 

Is Hit Forker considered a better option than MTS Hit Finder? I have Hit Forker installed and like how it looks a lot like Hit Scaper did, but wasn't sure if it is any good.

 

I use HIT forker to move HITs to PANDACRAZY.
