    1. Must be between 18-99 years of age.
    2. Must be Competent in C# programming
    3. Submitted code must compile to be counted for payment.
    4. Must have a GitHub account or able to create one.
    After clicking on the GitHub link you will find code created by one of the students working in our office. The program is meant to be used as an Image filter, though we see it has several bugs. We’d like for you to review the code and fix any errors you find in it.
