But I noticed I could do two a day when I made a payment at 11:45pm then another one past midnight and they both went through and further tests showed that it goes by the clock on your computer

 

I've never heard one good thing about Wells Fargo so I'm not surprised.

 

I still do them seriously but I don't see how it would be economically possible to do anything more than spotcheck such a large low-paying batch

You're not mistaken. Transfers were always immediate and withdrawals could happen at least multiple times a day. Never tried to do it more than 3 in one day myself back then, so not sure if it was unlimited, but it was not what it is now.

 

not sure that counts as violating the rules? Although it is strange that everything else runs on their server time except this...

Well for no reason whatsoever my computer is on california time and I am on the other side of california and I did one, changed the clock on my computer and it let me do another one. Though the midnight trick everything goes flawlessly, the computer clock change trick made them take an extra 6 days to process the $10 I sent but then literally every other transfer within those 6 days that were just one transfer went through like normal
