So, I'm something of a gym rat. I've spent 10-12 hours a week lifting heavy weights for the past 6 months.

Yesterday I realized I've been missing my obliques, so I changed up my ab workout a bit.

I'm now crippled and whimper when I move. DOMS is no joke.

Definitely feeling like less of a badass today.

Also, PE: 0.00 because oww, I don't wanna.

I think it's going to be a video game day.
