    So, since there are 100 calories per 10 pieces and a 120 pound person burns roughly 100 calories in 30 minutes walking at a speed of about 3 mph, something like that?

    Hiking burns even more tho! Walking at a similar pace with 5 pounds on your back will burn approx 46 more calories in the same time provided you have an average incline between 1 ans 5%, she says, not doing the math currently.

    I was doing the math.

    Edit: this was based off some real conservative numbers too lol
