I think you're misunderstanding. I'm not saying it happens a lot, i'm saying when it does happen there should be a point of contact to dispute it. One that isn't directly tied to the requester. As a requester if I decide to mass reject and not over turn the worst that happens is I end up with a bad TO and can easily create a new account.

As a worker if I get rejections, Valid or not, the worst that can happen is i'm not able to do work and have no option to create a new account.

The rejection that irritated me most was one that they commented, "We only wanted to females to participate" yet there was nothing in the hit info or qualifications indicating that. I went through the survey got a code, and submitted. No issues completing it. The hit wasn't identified as belonging to a university and had no specific contact information. After many messages no response no change on hit. Yes I just had to eat it and move on but that's why I'm saying it's irritating that there is no other form of escalation. I don't find a lot of fault with the mturk system and this is the one that sticks in my craw the most lol.
