    You should let the requester know with a very politely worded, yet angry email. Their data quality is 100% being polluted if they're not screening out people who clearly don't speak English.

    Maybe after I cool down if I am in the mood to create a contact link since the HIT expired and I can't do it through my dashboard. Too annoyed right now. Gonna finish the HITs in my queue and grab some food cuz I haven't had food since breakfast and I'm starving. Maybe that's why I'm so grumpy. lol
