People are people. Putting it on a new line versus a horizontal line is going to be negligible in overcoming that problem

I just wanted to save vertical space & keep it open for future use cases, but if "Software downloads" & "Human Contact" are the only two subcategories it'll work to just split them and keep them vertical along w/ broken/screener/blahblahblah
