11/13 - Too Late Tuesday!

I take lots of multi-month breaks and just do surveys more or less. But yeah, in terms of numbers approved I'm definitely waaaay below the curve around here.

this is kind of me with words games/puzzles/scrambles. i don't know about savant, but it's mostly a worthless skill too. i could solve world hunger if it was found in any word puzzle. but... it's not, so i'll just sit in the corner and do crosswords by myself.

 

Yours is probably way better than mine, but I am super proud of my 3 rejections at about 12k hits. I had to go to town in the most polite way possible at times. Rose however, never gave.

 

So, also being a little directionally incapable, I have a handy compass when I'm hiking. I get a little lost, pull it out, and I had marked down the direction I needed to head before I left, knowing how ditzy I am with this stuff. I'm feeling GREAT. I'm a damn mountain birb. I need no man!

Annnnnnd, now I'm in a valley with no discernible way back to the trail I need! I'm going in the right direction, but picked the worst way down. I finally pull out my gps map, which isn't perfectly accurate but has a breadcrumb trail and I can see where I am compared to that and OH SHIT, I REALIZE I'M AN IDIOT AND I SHOULD HAVE USED THAT AN HOUR AGO! And then I hear a weird rustling, think it's weird someone else is lost in the same area and OH SHIT, IT'S A BEAR!

So, long story short: I'm AWFUL with directions.

 

Yeah. I would boost that when you get a chance. Keep an eye out for ones like the A9 shoes batches. They only pay a penny, but are one button scriptable so they go really really fast. I used them to go from sub 5k to over 10k in about three weeks last year.

 

My husband can't do the rephrase the sentences, or create a word out of these letters worth a crap, but he can do the fold the paper or the math and science stuff all day long.

I would have 6 rejections, but 2 of them were mass rejections that were turned over for everyone because I guess it was an error and the other 2 I explained my situation and provided proof that I was paying attention so they reversed them - but not without a few emails back and forth. So, that leaves me with 2 now... one is from when I first started and accidentally submitted something without doing it and the guy said he would reverse it but then went MIA and now I have one for a missed attention check... I posted about this before, but I answered wrong because I really did not understand the question. I am always nervous about rejections because I hear so many horror stories! I pretty much always do a little research on what I work on. I am only at 8K approved hits though.

For some reason when you include the actual name/email in the opening salvo (but without making it a direct dickhead threat) shit gets done very quickly.

 

That is just insane. A great deal of effort has to go in to that. I would think after a while you would just be like "eh, a rejection" perhaps I am wrong though, maybe he never had to defend a hit at all, which would be really nice.

 

That's what happened to me. I went 5k before getting my first one, went "there goes the >99% HITs" and moved on with my day.

 

I thought he was 400k+, I just always think of him when it comes to unicorns b/c he also had that thing where he'd at least always submit 1hit/day so he could have the "active work streak" too lol

 

I had some rejections and then I got masters, and then I had lots of rejections, I still have masters.
